Nigel Wade is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience in carrying out residential surveys and valuations in both London and Suffolk. He qualified to undertake Domestic Energy Performance Certificates in June 2007, ready for the introduction of Home Information Packs in August 2007. He has now produced over 500 EPC's on properties of all types and is fully familiar with the process. He has previously drawn plans for property renovations and so is well qualified to produce marketing floorplans. In addition his property knowledge as a Chartered Surveyor means he has a good understanding of the contents of a Home Information Pack, should you require any further explanation.
